• Canadian residents: Administered by ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC) in your province or territory.

• U.S. residents: Administered by AAA or JAMS in your state or a mutually agreed location.

No Class Actions You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.

Governing Law For Canadian residents, these Terms are governed by Ontario law. For U.S. residents, applicable state law governs substantive issues, with arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) where applicable.
