Returns & Shipping Policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS from our Chicago, Illinois warehouse. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing before your package leaves our facility. Once shipped, delivery times within the United States are as follows:

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped, including the carrier (USPS or UPS) and tracking link.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasonal volume.

  • At this time, we ship across the United States; certain remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

Returns

We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
  • Returns must be processed through our Returns Portal where a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
  • A $9.95 USD restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Final sale items (clearance, screen protectors, and Njord Gear+ Protection Plans) are non-returnable.

If a product was received as a gift, the return must be processed by the original purchaser. Any free gifts included in the order must be returned, or their value will be deducted from the refund.


Warranty

Njord Gear products are designed for maximum durability. However, if a product is defective or sustains accidental damage, we offer a 1-year warranty for free replacement under the following conditions:

  • Claims must be made through our Returns Portal, where a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
  • The damaged product must be returned before a replacement is issued.
  • A $9.95 USD restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • If damage is deemed intentional (e.g., extreme misuse, destruction for content purposes), the claim may be denied.
  • Warranty coverage excludes lost or stolen products.
